No. Our rules prohibit residents from operating a business which draws customers or clients to the home. Different renters each week or month would be considered in violation. Homes are to be used as single family residences, and cannot sublet in part either. Long term rentals are allowed, however.
That's not a question, but the documents you want are here. The buyers agent or title company was supposed to give you the rules, after all, you signed at closing agreeing to them.
