St. Charles County Council approved Bill #5198, which includes $144,000 for Individual Assistance Reimbursement for Home Repair due to Subsidence Damage. Per SCC, it would be a partial reimbursement of qualified repair costs spent by a Heritage homeowner in 2024. Any decisions regarding reimbursement are made by the county.
*If you are among those affected, complete the Subsidence Damage Form by April 19, 2024, and your information will be forwarded to SCC for consideration.
